our mission

Ocotillo Foundation’s mission is to help provide a path to hope for some of the most under-served children & families around the world. We do this through offering grants and acting as a fiscal partner with organizations that are already effecting meaningful change with programs. We partner with individuals, businesses, and organizations to raise the necessary funds and resources to carryout our mission.

We believe that those who have much have a duty and desire to help those that have nothing.

Our Board of Directors

Luke McKinnon

Luke has over 15 years of experience leading non-profit organizations. He has worked with multiple humanitarian projects throughout the world over the past 20 years. He has a desire to not only help through the funding of worthwhile projects, but also to be on the ground helping and learning how to be a better partner to the organizations that are on the ground. Luke is married and has two children.

Dennis Vik

Dennis brings a very diverse background to the board of Ocotillo.  Dennis holds a PhD and MBA as well as experience as a small business owner.  Dennis has spent time all over the globe participating in humanitarian efforts.

Alan Fowler

Alan is a nationally recognized leader in the mortgage industry that he has been a part of for the last several decades.  Alan brings a great deal of passion and experience to help further the community focus that our board has.
